Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Fill in your information:
   • Enter your full name, designation, and contact details
   • Make sure your name fits properly (watch for the warning message)
   • Upload a profile photo (any size works - you can adjust it later)
2. Adjust your photo:
   • Use the zoom slider to resize your photo
   • Use the arrow buttons to position your photo perfectly
   • Click the house button (⌂) to reset position if needed
3. Preview your namecard:
   • Check that all information is correct
   • Ensure your photo looks good and is properly positioned
   • Verify the QR code appears (contains all your contact info)
4. Download and submit:
   • Click "📄 Download PDF for Print"
   • Save the PDF file with a clear name (e.g., "John_Doe_namecard.pdf")
   • Open and check the PDF file to ensure everything looks correct
   • Submit the PDF to Nicholas. He will handle the printing process with the supplier.
